At 4everyoung, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Please review our updated policy below.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In good condition with no damages.
• Returned with all tags intact.

Store Credit & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets these conditions, we will process your store credit. You will receive a notification via email with your credit details, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

• Please note: We do not offer cash refunds.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-Store Exchanges
Local to Hoover? You are welcome to visit our store at the Riverchase Galleria to exchange your item in person! Please bring your order confirmation with you to facilitate the exchange.
